This is one of the best fine dining restaurants in Williamsburg. Not only is the food and service superb, but it is one of Brooklyn’s most impressive dining rooms with accents of intricate metal work from Brooklyn Navy Yard artisan sculptors. This is the kind of restaurant where you can order anything on the menu and you know it will be amazing, which is probably why they have one well deserved Michelin star for four consecutive years. Executive Chef Polo Dobkin really knows how to consistently execute some of the most impressive and delicious American dishes. Some of their mouth-watering appetizers include a warm artichoke heart and diver scallops with pancetta and white truffle oil. Some of their dinner options are Long Island duck breast or a prime hanger steak and braised veal cheek. They offer creative seasonal cocktails and a cohesive and impressive wine list with some interesting European wines. Cross this one off your bucket list and get over to Dressler.
