Baby, You’re Driving @ Extra Fancy

The pure fun that you will have at Extra Fancy, in Williamsburg, will only be enhanced by their well named cocktails. Luckily, in New York, we have taxi’s and trains, but otherwise we’d relinquish our keys and let the drinks flow, only one of the reasons we love the Baby, You’re Driving. A few other are that it contains bison grass herb-flavored vodka, grapefruit liqueur and Lillet, a french aperitif wine (that is also found in a Vesper, for all of you James Bond junkies).

What You Need

  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Zubrowka vodka
  • 1 oz Combier (grapefruit cordial)
  • 1 oz Lillet Blanc

How to Make a Baby, You’re Driving

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice.

2. Shake approx. 20 times.

3. Strain into a chilled glass or over ice.

4. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig and an orange twist.
