North Eleventh Social Club @ The Gibson

Are you not ready for a straight up whiskey? Or do you just want to try a whiskey cocktail that is NOT a Manhattan or an Old Fashion? The Gibson, Williamsburg neighborhood local, knows how to give you what you want. The North Eleventh Social Club combines a high rye bourbon with a bitter amaro to off set any sweetness, then rounds out the drink with a little dry vermouth, and finally brightens it with a few dashes of orange bitters. YUMMM.

This is one of our favorite Williamsburg bars! Check out the entire list!
