The Gibson, Williamsburg neighborhood local, knows how to give you what you want. The North Eleventh Social Club combines a high rye bourbon with a bitter amaro to off set any sweetness, then rounds out the drink with a little dry vermouth, and finally brightens it with a few dashes of orange bitters. YUMMM.

1. Add ingredients to a mixing glass.
