Brooklyn Brewery has teamed up with Morton’s Steakhouse at the World Trade Center to bring you an evening of great locally crafted beer and delicious hor d’oeuvres. The event will take place Wednesday evening, June 10 from 6 – 8pm; tickets are $65 and are on sale at Eventbrite.com. The menu for the evening includes Cajun Filet Sandwiches, Spiced Fried Oyster Deviled Eggs, Petite Lamb Chops topped with Ramp Butter, Shrimp Diablo, and Bacon Wrapped Gorgonzola Stuffed Dates. Each item will be paired with one of Brooklyn Brewery’s handcrafted beers, from the classic Brooklyn Lager to their Summer Ale to some lesser known brews, like their Greenmarket Wheat and Sorachi Ace.
What better way to welcome summer than to spend an evening enjoying great food and beer. Plus, if we are to learn anything from Ron Swanson, it is to always attend events that feature food wrapped in bacon.
