This Tuesday, June 16, reserve a spot at Momofuku’s One Night Dinner Series. Executive Chef Matthew Rudofker brings chefs to Momofuku to re-create a meal similar to one from their own restaurants. This week’s meal will be prepared by Chef Jeremy Fox of Santa Monica’s Rustic Canyon Wine Bar & Seasonal Kitchen, and will feature a farm-to-table multicourse menu and beverage pairings. Tickets are going for $135 and are all inclusive (meal, beverage, tax, and service).
The dinner series takes place as Momofuku Ssam Bar. Ssam Bar, which opened in 2006, serves up an inventive, ever-evolving menu from country hams to raw bar items. It is also open for lunch (with features like rotisserie duck), weekend brunch, and is open late nights for drinks.
The event runs from 6:00pm-2:30am, with seatings at 6:00pm, 8:15pm, 10:30pm, and 12:30am. Tickets can be purchased here: eventbrite.com
