Saturday, June 20, will mark the final event for the Menu for Mar Supper Club. The project, which has been on-going since late May, brings visiting collaborators to create delicious meals using only dried space-food ingredients. The meals will be sampled and then shipped to NASA to aid in their research into how to best colonize Mars. As this will be the last event in the series, attendees will finish off all the ingredients in the pantry and awards will be given out for the best dishes. Event begins at 4pm.
