Apotheke’s mixologists are known for using fresh, unique ingredients, like local produce, herbs, and botanicals sourced from farmer’s markets, to make their masterful creations. Not to mention, they have their very own herb garden, situated up on Apotheke’s rooftop (way cool). But now you don’t have to sit by and merely enjoy these delicious, crafty cocktails, you can learn how to make them yourself!
This Saturday, June 27th, from 2-4pm, come by Apotheke for a class in delicious drinkery. Learn how to juice fresh fruits and veggies, infuse herbs and produce into various alcohols, and whip up a handful of cocktails using unique ingredients ranging from heirloom tomatoes to lemongrass to gooseberries. Tickets are $125 and can be purchased here.
Once you’ve mastered those tricky techniques and completed the class, you’ll be ready to impress your friends at that next cocktail party. So be sure to grab one of Apotheke’s full service mixology kit; you’ll need to have all the proper tools of the trade. The kit will be available to purchase after the class, and includes a Boston shaker, mixing glass, julep strainer, tea strainer, bar spoon, jigger, infusion bottle, vintage lime press, and canvas cocktail tool bag.
This event is limited to guests 21 or older. Attendees must present a valid ID.
