1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
2. Wash your chicken wings and remove any left over feathers and dry
3. Separate your wings into two pieces (drumsticks,flats) unless you want them whole or they are already separated
4. Place in a bowl and put in olive oil and a generous amount of salt and pepper and a little all-purpose flour (enough to lightly coat wings)
5. Place on lid and toss to coat wings
6. Place in a tinfoil lined baking dish or sheet pan spray with non-stick cooking spray and place wings on pan
7. Bake for about 20 minutes on middle rack
8. Flip them and bake for another 20 minutes
This is how you get crispy, baked wings!
