Steps

Check out the video we did with Alice’s Arbor:

  1. Boil water and put in your macaroni to get that going while we make the sauce.
  2. Melt your butter in a pot on the stove over medium heat.
  3. Once melted, add the flower.
  4. Once that incorporates, pour in your milk.
  5. Wait until it all comes to a boil and be sure to continue stirring to avoid burning it.
  6. Once it is thickened up a bit and boiling, turn off the heat.
  7. Add the cheeses and stir to combine them in thoroughly.
  8. Once that’s looking like a cheese sauce, ladle a bit out into a frying pan over medium heat.
  9. Add the macaroni to this frying pan as well and mix them together.
  10. Transfer that to a high heat, oven safe dish.
  11. Add a little more cheese on top (because why not) and breadcrumbs as well to give the top a nice crunch on top.
  12. Place this in an oven at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes (or until golden brown) and when that’s passed, you’re all set. Enjoy!
