How to Bake Easy Buffalo Chicken Wings

Ain’t no thang, but a chicken wang! This simple chicken wing recipe will give you crispy, juicy wings every time. Who needs to deal with deep frying or hot oil? Let’s bake them!

Ingredients

10-15 Chicken Wings

4-5 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1/4 Cup of All-Purpose Flour

Non-stick Cooking Spray

Salt and Pepper

How to Make

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees

Wash your chicken wings and remove any left over feathers and dry

Separate your wings into two pieces (drumsticks,flats) unless you want them whole or they are already separated

Place in a bowl and put in olive oil and a generous amount of salt and pepper and a little all-purpose flour (enough to lightly coat wings)

Place on lid and toss to coat wings

Place in a tinfoil lined baking dish or sheet pan spray with non-stick cooking spray and place wings on pan

Bake for about 20 minutes on middle rack

Flip them and bake for another 20 minutes

This is how you get crispy, baked wings.

To Make an Easy Buffalo Sauce 

Ingredients

1 1/2 Sticks of unsalted butter

1 Clove of minced garlic

1/2 Cup of hot sauce (Frank’s)

How to Make

In a saucepan melt your butter and add your garlic and cook for about 15 minutes over low heat. Once this has melted and cooked together you just add to your wings and toss in a covered bowl.
