How to Make Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce is not just a decoration on your Thanksgiving plate anymore. This recipe is really simple and you can get as creative as you’d like. Let’s make cranberry sauce the star of the show this year! Give it a try.


12 oz package of fresh cranberries

1 cup of white sugar

1 cup of water

How to Make

Bring your water to a boil in a saucepan

Wash your cranberries and pick out any that don’t look sauce worthy (discolored)

After your water is boiling pour in your sugar and continue to stir until completley disolved

Pour in cranberries after sugar is dissolved and lower heat to medium and let cook for about 20 minutes or until cranberries break apart and cook down.

Done! Saucy!
