How to Make Jalapeño Poppers

About 10-15 Jalapeno Peppers (cut, cleaned and seeded)

2 Packages of Plain Cream Cheese

1/2 of a 12oz Package of Shredded Cheddar Cheese (you can use a mix of cheddar and jack)

1 Package of Italian Seasoning (or about 2 tablespoons)

1 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs

How to Prepare

Preheat your oven to 450 degrees

Cut the tops off your jalapenos

Cut lengthwise, seed and remove any white membrane with a pairing knife

Set aside

Take your room temperature cream cheese and put into a bowl

Mix in your cheese and your seasonings

Use your hand and roll the cream cheese mixture so that you can fill your peppers

Take your Panko breadcrumbs and place on a plate and roll your peppers cream cheese side down until the tops are covered

Place on a baking sheet and bake about 18-20 minutes
