Ingredients

2.5 oz. Gosling's Black Seal Rum
4 oz ginger beer (traditionally Barrit's, but we also like Fever Tree)
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
2-3 dashes of Angostura bitters
1 large scoop of ice

Steps

1. Add ingredients to blender.

2. Blend until thick and slushy.

3. Pour into chilled pint glass.

4. Top with a floater of rum and lime wedge.
