Rum Root Beer Float

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Kraken Rum
  • 0.25 oz Fernet Branca
  • 2 oz or 1 Scoop Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 can Root Beer

Steps

1. Scoop vanilla ice cream into a snifter (this works well with soft serve).

2. Combine rum and Fernet Branca into mixing glass with ice.

3. Shake and strain over ice cream.

4. Slowly pour root beer until it bubbles over the top of glass.
