The 22 ounce prime bone-in ribeye was kind of a big deal and may have changed my life. For those of you who don’t know, of all the beef produced in the United States only 2% is prime beef. Prime simply means its tender and juicy and buttery. Most marbled most flavorful steak I’ve ever had. We had creamed spinach, mac and cheese, corn and scalloped potatoes. The sides were really good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but who really cares about the sides when the steak is to die for. I do have to mention the VIP martini, which stands for vodka infused pineapple. It will knock you off your seat…literally. It’d better for $18 a pop. Expect to drop some cash here, but it is well worth the money for all you carnivores out there.
