The Big Gay Ice Cream Truck brings you back to your childhood and serves up soft serve, but with a touch of gourmet. I jumped in line to wait for one of these modern, creative twists on traditional ice cream. I was quite pleased. With flavors like The Salty Pimp which is vanilla ice cream, dulce de leche, sea salt and chocolate dipped. Bea Arthur which is vanilla ice cream, Nilla wafers and Dulce de Leche. Some of their selected toppings include olive oil & sea salt, toasted curried coconut, cayenne pepper, wasabi pea dust and many many more non-traditional ice cream toppings. The line for this truck was around the block and if this truck was moving I’d imagine there would be people chasing it down the street.
