It’s worth a try especially if you want to be considered a true New Yorker. The wait is usually long and the menu is small, but good. You have to have the bistro burger, which is eight ounces of greasy goodness topped with cheese, bacon and raw onions. There is also no shortage of beer or whiskey here in this dusty windowed, dimly lit, overcrowded dive. It’s that dirty New York charm that attracts the locals. Not to mention you can get a burger and a beer for around $10. So this cheap eats trendy hot spot is worth a try at least once in your life. Corner Bistro has been around forever and not much has changed. I guess if it ain’t broke don’t fix it. Go grab a greasy burger and wash it down with a $2.50 beer at Corner Bistro.
