Kings County Distillery has recently begun hosting distillery tours every Tuesday afternoon, in addition to their regular weekend tours. The tour will begin at 3pm and last approximately 40 minutes. At the end, enjoy tastings of three Kings County’s whiskeys. Other tours run every 20 to 30 minutes beginning at 3pm, Wednesday thru Friday.
Kings County Distillery is New York City’s oldest operating whiskey distillery and the first to open after the end of prohibition. Operating out of the 115 year old Paymaster Building in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, Kings County currently produces whiskey, bourbon, and moonshine. Their products have won numerous awards, from institutions like the American Craft Spirits Association and the American Distilling Institute.
