This place is pretty amazing. They have a strong commitment to sustainable agruculture because they serve locally grown foods and they serve them in the seasons during which they are grown. So, sometimes their menu varies from day to day. Everything is organic and/or local and their meats contain no hormones or antibiotics. This does make the price a bit higher, but you do get what you pay for. The dishes here have clean, simple flavors and you can taste the freshness of the products they use.
I’ve tried the salumi plate with pancetta, spicy salami and sopressata. Delicious. You also can’t go wrong with any of the crostinis they seem to change often, but they are always delicious. My favorite flavor combination is the crostini with grilled peaches and pancetta. So if you go and it’s on the menu, order it! The pizzas are always really amazing. They are paper thin and crunchy my favorite is the ricotta, buffalo mozzarella, oregano, garlic and hot peppers. You will always get an amazing meal here so grab a date or a mate and take them out to Franny’s.
