Which came first; the chicken or the egg? Who really cares when, at Mesa Grill, you can eat them both at the same time.
Oh, Bobby, only you would have put together spicy chicken, poached eggs, sweet potato hash and then cover them in a green chile hollandaise. Now, even though that sounds like traditional Bobby Flay spicy fare, it actually was quite mild so don’t be “chicken” when ordering it. As far as flavor was concerned though, I have to say it was anything but mild. It was delicious! I definitely recommend it if your in the area and if unborn chicken on top of full grown chicken doesn’t freak you out. Yum!
