How to Make Mayonnaise (Using a Food Processor)

We have tried so many recipes in search of the easiest and most delicious mayonnaise. This one passed the test with flying colors. Give it a try at home.


2 Egg Yolks

1/4 Cup of Red Wine Vinegar

1 Tablespoon of Dijon Mustard

1 1/2 Cups of Canola Oil, Vegetable or Peanut Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

In a food processor or blender add all ingredients minus the oil

Blend until incorporated

While blending SLOWLY add in your oil until gone and continue to blend for 10 seconds

Done! Yeah-yo you have may-o!

If mayonnaise is too thin add more oil, if it is too thick add a few drops of water until you have the consistency you are looking for.

Don’t be afraid to add garlic or fresh herbs to this recipe!
