Don’t be scared of it’s crazy shape. Butternut squash is a delicious gourd. The toughest part is figuring out how to cut and peel the suckers. Once you know how it’s pretty simple and well worth it.
1. Cut the bulbous part off from the rest of the squash.
2. Take a spoon and remove the seeds from the bulb.
3. Taking a chef knife or a peeler, remove the outer skin.
4. Cut into slices, a dice, or any other cut you need for your dish.
