With his big Cronut debut,Chef Dominique Ansel has now introduced his latest genius pastry hybrid, the Magic Souffle’. It’s an Orange Blossom brioche with a Grand Marnier chocolate souffle’ inside. This recipe is apparently top secret and will be very difficult for people to try and figure out. The only people allowed to touch the recipe is the “chef de partie and up”, and they have to sign a non-disclosure agreement for the technique. Chef Ansel tweeted a photo of his new creation and followers are quite excited to try this new hybrid. A few lucky Cronut line waiters will get a sample of the new Magic Souffle’ and it will be like winning the food lottery. Get ready for the new fall pastry craze!
