We’ve gotten word from the Bistro Truck and they won’t be driving around for now. Don’t cry yet because they have a good reason for the hiatus:
Chef/owner Yassir Z.Raouli is traveling to Morocco. Yassir will be gathering inspiration while away, and big plans are in the works–so stay tuned for exciting news and updates. The Bistro Truck will return mid-January.
So, for all of you craving that gourmet street food you’ll just have to wait for their return. Maybe they will bring some more yummy additions to Manhattan! Hope he’s not planning on driving that truck to Morocco!
