While in the grocery store I stumbled upon Vosges 45% deep milk chocolate bar with hickory smoked uncured bacon and Alderwood smoked salt. You know I had to try it. It turned out to be a really amazing threesome of salty, smokey and sweet. Bacon goes with just about everything, but when paired with chocolate they seem to take each other to another level. The salt also added such depth to this anything but ordinary chocolate bar. Go try it.
